Pleasant Holidays, one of the largest travel wholesalers in the United States specializing in vacation travel to the Hawaiian Islands, Caribbean, Central & South America, Europe, Mexico, Middle East, South Africa, South Pacific (Australia, Cook Islands, Fiji, New Zealand & Tahiti), Asia, the United States & Canada, and cruise vacations worldwide, is seeking a Documents Clerk 1.

Pleasant Holidays is a subsidiary of the Automobile Club of Southern California, a diversified insurance, roadside assistance, financial services and travel organization serving AAA Members for more than 100 years.

Primary Duties:

• Send E-documents for Pleasant Holidays destinations using Outlook and Word.  

• Quality control, to ensure all components are correctly and logically booked and all document confirmations have been loaded.

• Process “Special Handling” requests and merge important PDF attachments.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Pre-Qualifications:

• Must be detailed oriented.

• Ability to work under pressure to meet specific deadlines

• Must be a self-starter and able to work with little supervision.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

• Ability to multitask.

• Knowledge of Outlook and Word a plus.

Location: Westlake Village, CA.

Hours/Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm, 60 min lunch

The starting pay range for this position is $16.50 per hour.
