A: Working in Emergency Roadside Service is demanding, and I love it! Having the ability to promote aspiring leaders from within the company and see them become successful is absolutely fulfilling. A: I have had the opportunity to grow personally as a leader and develop professionally. From leading a small team of direct reports, to managing a market that consist of over 450 contract roadside service stations and 1,500 employees, AAA has continued to support myself and other aspiring leaders with ongoing training and an Executive Leadership Program.

Q: WHICH BENEFIT IMPRESSED YOU MOST?

A: In a constantly changing society, what I appreciate most about the Auto Club is the desire to remain flexible.
