Q: WHAT MADE YOU WANT TO WORK FOR AAA?

A: I was graduating and looking for my first job out of college. I found AAA at a job fair. I was familiar with AAA and liked the company.

Q: WHAT DO YOU LOVE THE MOST ABOUT WORKING AT AAA?

A: It’s very fulfilling. I like to help people, and I get to do that daily.

Q: WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT YOUR JOB?

A: Customer service is critical, and for it to be genuine, you need to meet them in the middle. We are proactive in handling claims. This helps make sure the claim gets processed faster. We genuinely care about our members.

Q: HOW DID AAA HELP YOU REACH YOUR CAREER GOALS?

A: My management has helped me define a career path and how to get where I want to go. There is an open-door policy, and I know they’re here to support me.

Q: WHICH BENEFIT IMPRESSED YOU MOST?

A: Vacation time. I don’t live with my family, but we do a vacation together each year. I’ve also gone on vacation with my coworkers.
