Q: WHAT MADE YOU WANT TO WORK FOR AAA?

A: Before AAA, I was in the tourism industry as an assistant manager. I wanted a change of pace, and the career opportunities were better for me here at AAA. Plus, the benefits AAA offered were great.

Q: WHAT DO YOU LOVE THE MOST ABOUT WORKING AT AAA?

A: AAA is a great company to work for. They’re a stable company that has been around for a long time. Both the culture and work environment are great. I enjoy talking with our members and getting to know them.

Q: WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT YOUR JOB?

A: I love helping out the agents on the floor, as well as the supervisors and my managers. My passion is helping people learn. I also enjoy that there is something different every day that I can do.

Q: HOW DID AAA HELP YOU REACH YOUR CAREER GOALS?

A: I was chosen to participate in the Leadership Development Program for the Membership group. It’s a year-long program that helps develop people for a supervisor role. There are different classes that you take at AAA University, and you get to meet people across all lines of businesses and build relationships.

Q: WHICH BENEFIT IMPRESSED YOU MOST?

A: The pension is my favorite benefit. Having that security for when I retire is great. Not many companies offer that anymore.

BRANCH OFFICE

Work directly with our members to provide legendary service, assistance and advice on a variety of needs. From Branch and Retail Service Specialists to Travel Advisor and Branch Managers, our team members provide a variety of quality products and services our members trust: membership and insurance services, notary, credit card and identity protection, entertainment and business discounts, vacation packages, trip-planning, assistance with finding a local auto repair facility, DMV services (in some branches), and more.

We provide paid holidays, Sundays off, a total compensation package, recognition and incentives, travel rewards, and many opportunities for cross-training and career development.

A: I booked my honeymoon at AAA and decided to apply after visiting that branch. I’m still here 18 years later. 

Q: WHAT DO YOU LOVE THE MOST ABOUT WORKING AT AAA?

A: You get to meet all kinds of people. I love to help people. 

Q: WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT YOUR JOB?

A: We give customized customer service. We walk members through how to fill out their paperwork, and people like the personal touch.  

Q: HOW DID AAA HELP YOU REACH YOUR CAREER GOALS?

A: I have taken DMV training and also have trained in travel, but I chose to stay working in the branch.  

Q: WHICH BENEFIT IMPRESSED YOU MOST?

A: Before I came to AAA, I wasn’t saving much for retirement. Now I have a 401(k) with employer match and will also receive a pension.
