A: The ability to take the skills that I’ve learned here at AAA and mentor others within the organization. As an Information Systems Insurance Line Manager, I manage individuals who want to make a difference in the organization. I like that, in my position, I can give others that same opportunity.
Q: HOW DID AAA HELP YOU REACH YOUR CAREER GOALS?
A: AAA provided me the platform to grow within the organization. As part of my onboarding, I was able to attend multiple courses in our AAA University. I was paired with mentors. I was provided opportunities to take what I’ve learned and share those skills with others. I was given guidance on career pathing, which resulted in being selected for our High Potential Employee Program and ultimately landed me in my current position as a manager in the organization.

A: I have medical. I have dental. I have a 401(k). I have a pension.
