Q: WHAT MADE YOU WANT TO WORK FOR AAA?
A: My sister got me to switch to AAA from my previous employer, so she could get her referral bonus, but I ended up loving my new career and have stayed loyal ever since. I have since referred several of my friends to come work at AAA.

A: I love all the perks that this career has provided me with. I have been with the Auto Club for nearly 10 years, and AAA has allowed me to grow in every aspect of my career. I started out as an agent and worked my way up to Regional Sales Manager for the California Direct Sales Unit.

A: AAA has given me all the tools and training I need to be a fearless leader. I’ve learned there is nothing that can get in my way to success but myself, and AAA has proven time and time again that if you dream big and work smart, you can accomplish anything you want.

A: My favorite benefit I have from AAA as an employee is my pension. AAA is amazing when it comes to retirement benefits, especially if you maximize your 401(k) contribution and longevity with the Auto Club.
